Russian police in the city of Perm have arrested three homeless men suspected of butchering a 25-year-old man, eating part of the corpse, and selling the remainder to a kiosk selling pies and kebabs.
Did they dance with the corpse
while wearing its kidneys
like earrings, swing scarves
of intestines around their necks?
Was it offered vodka, the chance
to play cards?
When it was sold, did any
customer notice eyeballs
in a meat and potato filling,
human flesh disguised as lamb;
did any hear a man calling after
his soul as they chewed his heart?
